Return and Exchange Policy
Return policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All online purchases is only eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving the package. No refunds will be considered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How To Exchange
Please email sales@alikacashmere.com with your full name, order ID number and item request. You will receive a follow-up in 1-2 business days. Items may also be dropped off with the original invoice or gift receipt.
How To Return
Log into your account and request the specific items that you wish to return. Approval for a return can take 1-2 business days. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A fee for return shipping will be charged.
*Please note, the Duties/Taxes originally charged on USA/International shipments will not be refunded.
